Actually, most of the roof is in decent shape. There are however, two rascally places that I sing to. I sing, "Oh, no...don't let the rain come down..."
Leak #2 likes to come in through an old wall space heater that is hooked into an old chimney and sneak down into the crawlspace (probably trying to assist the flood waters) that "maybe" an elf could fit into if he squeezed real hard.
Leak #3 has arrived and is feverishly decorating (and rearranging) the celing tiles on the back entryway. This particular leak sneaks in when the rain blows from the southwest. Looks like we've got the south covered!
