My
new knowledge (oh, I've become a veritable fountain of knowledge since buying
"this old house") of what lead pipes look like, and who has them
- okay...me - and what it takes to replace them is now extensive.
I
had never seen a pipe bubble before; after all, my grandparents had a home
built in the early 1940's, so I thought I knew stuff --- wrong-o-la ---
(see photo below).
