On
Halloween, my Mother and I brought chairs and lots of candy out to the front
yard to give the trick or treaters on this fun holiday. 1 hour, no kids....2nd
hour, no kids. We were confused as the street behind me had streams of children
tricking and treating their way through the night. A neighbor finally enlightened
us by sharing that the neighborhood kids believe this house is haunted! |

I
almost believe them when the North winds blow, seeping through the walls
and rattling the windows.... The walls of this old gal are over a foot thick,
while the windows are slivers of glass in old wood frames. The goal here
is to insulate, install heating for the upstairs, and replace windows! Oh,
except for one window --- this old house has a beautiful stained glass window
that looks out onto the front porch - we want to keep that! |

As a Thank You when you give money to the Haunted Hill
House Club, you will receive a link for a certificate suitable for framing.
It can be a great conversation piece. People would say, "What's that?",
and you could say, "Oh, I helped a lady banish ghosts from the haunted
hill house". |

Ironic
that a black cat lives in a "supposed" haunted house! |
